Ian provided me with great customer service! He was kind and professional and informative with ease. I love their cauliflower crust da works with artichoke hearts added, and the mild hot sauce. Consistently fresh and tasty. Ordering was easy breezy!

I've been to many fresh brothers but the Hollywood Spot is by far the best. The staff is always so friendly and the pizzas always are just how I ordered them and delicious.

ordered the large vegetable pizza, thinking it would not be my first choice, but i had a vegetarian friend coming, otherwise i woulda had meat for sure! well let me tell you it was fantastic. plump olives, juicy green peppers, tasty mushrooms, generous amounts of mouth-dripping tomato sauce. so delicious i could have devoured the whole pie. i would totally order this again and not crave meat doing so. have had fresh bros many many times and enjoyed it all. my italian friend scoffs at me saying it's not real pizza but idk it tastes good so i put it in my mouf and eat it. i personally have loved it every time and would highly recommend the place. my only peeve is, i ordered online for self pickup. and the ordering menu before you check out, asks if you want to leave a tip. options are none, 10%, 15%, 20%... i really don't get why you should leave a tip on pickup. sure they'll give you all the reasons - 'oh someone in the kitchen had to prepare it...' or what not. yes. that's what a restaurant does. but if i order myself, pick up myself, who and why am i tipping? i did leave a tip - guilted in to it. plus i don't want to put 0%, and they see it, and who knows what they do to it thinking i'm a cheap sob! but anyhoo i really don't like this aggressive tipping culture. i'd def order online and pick up myself again but i would prefer not to see the somewhat forced tip option at the end. i even googled if you should leave a tip on a pickup and a lot of places said no including culinary magazines. oh- also they cut the pizza into squares. they are 'fun' to eat but next time i order i'll ask for actual slices bc tbh its very hard to portion control and know how many 'slices' you've eaten when they are a square here, a square there. and i'd rather know i stopped at like, two slices! at least... for now!
